(1) In connection with the investigation of crimes related to financial investment in money laundering and terrorist activities, the department may request the assistance of any agency or public organization as needed, and it shall be the duty of such agency or organization to assist when the department requests assistance in this way. (2) The department in money laundering and terrorist activities In the course of investigating financial investment-related crimes, Nepal Police can also be asked for assistance. If the department asks for help in this way, it will be the duty of the concerned police officer or employee to help. (3) If the department sees that, due to the nature of the offense being investigated, it is necessary to consult an expert working in an agency or to involve such an expert in the investigation, to request the relevant agency to send him to work for a certain period of time. and if requested in this way, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, such body shall provide the relevant expert to the department.
